Emma Hall, Director Founder of Celaeno Advisory. Emma’s 15 plus years’ executive leadership in international investment banking, mining, and speciality chemicals, enables her to generate innovative ideas and provide compelling commercial advice for her clients. Highly involved with the global transition to Net Zero, she has extensive experience across lithium, cobalt, vanadium, and rare earths. Utilising her unique operating and investing background, wide-ranging cross-border experience across China, North Asia, Europe, and America, and excellent ability to understand markets and critical commercial factors, Emma is focused on identifying and driving growth opportunities. Most recently, Emma held a senior leadership position as Vice President Corporate and Marketing at Tianqi Lithium Corporation, responsible for managing investments in Australia and Chile; engagement with joint venture partners; global strategy; and global M&A.
